Kabak.
Kabak Brew & Bake is a coffee shop and artisan bakery in Kerobokan Kelod, North Kuta, Bali. Our sourdough, croissants, danishes and cakes are baked every morning in our own kitchen, and our baristas brew everything from lattes and manual brews to signatures like the Mont Blanc.
We keep the room quiet: no music, Wi-Fi and sockets for people who work, a prayer room, and a menu with no pork and no lard. Find us at Jl. Teuku Umar Barat No. 987, in the same area as Shuka Grill 2 — a place for people who know.

Does Kabak serve pork or use lard?
No. Every item on the Kabak menu is made with no pork and no lard.
What are Kabak’s opening hours?
Kabak is open every day from 07:30 to 22:00 (Bali time). The first bread usually comes out of the oven around 09:30.
Is Kabak good for working on a laptop?
Yes. We have Wi-Fi, sockets at many tables and we deliberately play no music. Mornings (08:00–11:00) are usually the quietest.
Is there a prayer room and parking?
Yes. Kabak has a prayer room (musholla) and parking for motorbikes and cars.
How do I pre-order or get delivery?
Use the “Pre-order” form on this page: pick your items, date and time, then tap “Send via WhatsApp”. That message is an order request — our team replies to confirm availability and the final total. Please pay only after we confirm. Delivery is by online motorbike courier.
Can I book a table at Kabak?
Yes. Choose “Table booking” in the Pre-order form, enter the number of people, date and arrival time, then send it via WhatsApp for our team to confirm. Bookings are cancelled if you don’t arrive within 15 minutes of the booked time. Bookings for more than 2 people require a minimum deposit of Rp100,000, paid after the booking is confirmed.
Do Kabak members get a discount?
Yes. When ordering on the website, enter the member phone number registered at our cashier. Our team applies the member discount when confirming your order.
When are Kabak hampers available?
Kabak hampers are ready from 11 November 2026 and can be pre-ordered now: Sapa (Rp185,000), Meja Pagi (Rp295,000), Untuk yang Tahu (Rp495,000) and Office Hampers (Rp165,000, min. 10).
